Help for painful wrist?
Okay so I have a somewhat important situation but yet then again it's not so important. I shall explain. My left wrist is giving me problems. I mean I can still use it (therefore not being all that important) but I can't move it back and forth without getting a sharp pain all the way into my fingers (therefore making it a somewhat importatn situation). Anyone know what I could do to help, besides stop moving it all together.lol If not, no problem, I will live of course but just thought I would ask. There is no harm in asking, right? lol

Are you left handed?
Just wondering because it sounds like a repetitive strain injury (RSI) which can be caused from anything like using the mouse on your computer to text messaging to driving or playing sport.
You can buy wrist braces especially for this kind of injury, if that's what it is.
Have you seen your Doctor about it?

I am right handed but I do drive with my left hand. But I haven't been driving all that much since before it has started. I don't know what is wrong but I am supposed to go to the doctor for other issues on the 14th so I will ask about it then. Thanks for the advice.

Kris, I'm taking time to send you some healing energies. I've sure been getting plenty of practice last 8 months. This has been some year. I keep getting more and more stones off of Ebay. Even had someone in my family get bit by a poisonous spider...that's nothing to joke about, was a Hobo spider and is actually a member of the Funnel-webs. A close spider cousin of the Sydney Funnel-web.
I might ask how long it has been since you first noticed this condition...2 weeks or less? Is there swelling, redness, or black/blue streaks?

I wasn't bitten by anything, it's like an internal pain. I'm not sure how to explain it. But I have noticed the pain for about two weeks not. No swelling that I am aware of, no redness, no other marks or anything...just pain when I move it. Thanks for the healing energies. I don't know what is wrong. I'm starting to think my body is a lot older than it should be. Could I have recieved an already used body when my spirit entered this one? lol It was funny when I thought about it. lol

Glad to hear you think it is not a spider bite. But, the spider bite I mentioned in my family, was like that for exactly 2 weeks...then in about 3-4 days developed a sore and swelling far from the bite. The bite area itself in just a few days became a 1 inch hole.
I was just asking, since the ordeal we went through. I quickly learned a lot about stones, some new things I didn't know before. I did see some amazing miracles and healing. After the hole filled in with scab, the surrounding area of skin turned yellow with infection. This is where the swelling had been. It took a few more ceremonies, but they worked and things ok ever since.
Because of the weather this year, have been a lot of poisonous spiders around. I know of other people who got a bite too.
I did get out some healing energies, but got interrupted the first time...almost right after I started. So, had to go at it later.

I understand what you are talking about with the spiders. My cousin got bitten last year around this time on her big toe(I know how it sounds and go ahead and laugh. we do every chance it is mentioned) but within two weeks the bottom of her toe was swollen, black, and had started to set up infection up into her leg and thigh. It was bad. But I haven't tried working with stones yet. I will start considering all of the good things I have heard about them. I need some good things in my life right now. But I am glad to hear that everything went well with your experience in the spider bitting department. Thanks again.

I might mention the stone treatments. Was late getting started, because of researching spiders and their bites. The only thing recommended on the Internet for the bite is Aloe Vera. The drugs doctors were using were proven to be useless. The Aloe Vera helps with the pain...very important. I already had a cure for pain. Except for myself would charge some water and drink that after the ceremony. It was just as good as 2 extra strength Tylenol for migraine headaches. I drank plain water from the sink facet, no pills or medicine at all. I blessed the small glass cup of water with the Eagle feather (dyed, not a real one).
For pain
1. Peruvian Turquoise, 100% natural (no heat treatment or color dye). This stone contains Cuprite which shows up as brownish-red spots. Has deep blue inclusions, but mostly lighter sky blue. Is a good stone for curing worry, anxiety, stress, pain.
2. Clear quartz crystal, very large. The crystal is used as a pointer, in the direction used for healing. Should be off to the side, not pointed at you either. I use the South for healing, but West is good also.
3. Light blue ceremonial color. I don't use any candles for native ceremonies, but often have a color which could be an animal effigy drawing or sometimes a rune.
The water is optional, but I blessed the container of Aloe Vera juice the we extracted from the thick leaves. The energies keep working as long as the blessed Aloe Vera is used once everyday.
For healing the wound.
I did a plain ceremony without blessed water or Aloe Vera, using the crystal but substituting other stones for the Turquoise.
1. Piece of Amethyst.
2. Piece of Rose Quartz (normal pink).
3. Green ceremonial color.
For strength or increasing the body's electrical energy
Just as in the ceremony above, using the clear Quartz crystal.
1. Piece of Rose Quartz.
2. Red ceremonial color.
There is more that can be done. I started using healing stones to cast my circle also (tumbled polished or rough). The first time tried 12 African Bloodstone to replace my stone Medicine Wheel circle. Now for healing sometimes use both. I have even tried using 3 rings, in Amethyst, clear light Rose Quart, African Bloodstone. A complete ring of each (12 stones per circle). The only time I've done this is for healing. Lately have experimented with more types of stones, different combinations of, in circle casting. A 12 stone set now in Carnelian, Blue Quartz, Lavender Quartz, and a stone which is a mix of Clear/Smoky Quart.
To get the big hole healed, had to start using these ceremonies.. .I did all three as a ceremony and not using blessed Aloe Vera now (within a 24 hour period of time). It healed, covered by a large scab. Then had to go through this again for the infected skin. But, it always worked good and very quickly.

this sounds like an arthritis thing. sounds funny because of your age, but I actually go through the same thing, and I am 22.there is no swelling that I am able to notice...but then again it's not like I take the time to compare and contrast my wrist to one another.lol The pain has lessened and I am able to move it a bit more. not much but a lil. thank you all for your helping out. talk to you laters! The reason my wrists sometimes hurt, I figured out after a while, was because of how I was sleeping. I was bending my wrists in an odd way while I slept. They would ache for days anytime I'd bend them.
The solution is to wear wrist braces while you sleep.
