Anything for relieving PMT/PMS
Does anyone know any natural treatments for calming the mood swings? Particularly the irritability?

Well for teas you can have a combo of st johns wort, passion flower, dong quai. St johns wort will help with any depression you feel, passion flower will help to calm you down and dong quai will help with general PMS feelings ( mood swings, hot flashes, energy etc)
If you want to try essential oils as well some good ones are : Rose, Jasmine, Clary sage, Geranium, Lavender. You can burn these in an oil burner to feel the therapeutic effects or you can make an oil using carrier oil ( coconut oil, almond oil) and some of the essential oils. A good blend would be Rose, Jasmine, Geranium. You can wear this as a perfume and feel the effects all day. Apply as needed. Hope that helps!

Increase the vitamin B6 and B12 in your diet around that time. It sounds crazy and incredibly simple but it really works. I am a sufferer of menstrual depression and it really helps my mood swings. I'm not much of a red meat or fish eater but I eat sunflower seeds and just regular canned nuts and it really does work. Also make sure that you get enough calcium in your diet.
Also for cramps or anything like that just try plain old peppermint or chamomile tea.

Chocolate. Dark chocolate, lots of it. >.< Cliche'd perhaps, but it seems to help me right before I start, when it comes down to the irritability.

Here we go:
Apparently, if you take Evening Primrose Oil (in tablet form) it can ease it.
But aside from that these are my tried and tested forms of easing pain:
Hot water bottle - ESSENTIAL
Cups of tea or coffee
Warm/Hot food
Chocolate - also essential and lots of it
Pyjamas - to be practically lived in
I suffer terribly from pain, and get migraines as a result of it which sucks.
As for the irritability, just warn the people around you. I don't really think there's much you can do. Try and meditate alot - that'll chill ya out.
Hot water bottles are amazing...trust me lol!
Take care, Blessed be xx x x x
