Keeping someone else from casting spells on me?

Hello! Well, she could be sending bad Energy your way. There are various things you can do to protect yourself, However, I highly doubt she would be stupid enough to cast a bad spell on you. Anything we cast goes back to us, Threefold. So unless she's stupid and will cause herself more pain then you, then you should be Spell Free. Here's a few things you can do to protect yourself though, without using spells. They are normally the last resort.

1.) Keep an open Jar of Salt in your Room. This will absorb and Negative energy in the house, and it will absorb the negative energy build up seemingly in your room.

2.) Stop worrying, unless she's a complete dumb ass. Then you're in trouble. But worrying about nothing can give your mind more Negative energy then it needs.

3.) Sprinkle Chamomile around your house, it will Protect you from any Negative influences.

It's Gotta be one of the most USEFUL Herbs out there! I just Love it! And there are SO many things you can use it for! Purification, Sleep, Protection, and soooo much more! It's got too be one of my All time favorites as a Herbalist. I could recommend something else, if you like. XD It's not the only thing I know. ^^

Isn't chamomile somehow related to ragweed? I think I remember reading somewhere if you have summer hayfever can tend to be allergic, but can also use it in small doses as a homeopathic remedy to desensitize. Imiko if you know what I'm talking about maybe you can fill us in (really can't remember details), maybe put a small article in the herbalism section, oops sorry going off topic- thanks really would appreciate it if you know.

I agree with the salt nice and simple, hematite would be good too to ground the room out. If you shield before you sleep with the bubble of white light it can make you easy to find and attach to, so still shield with white light but line the outside with deep purple, use this to void yourself out when you feel her sending bad stuff during the day instead of back and forth and counter.

Ahh! You've got it mixed up. Chamomile helps PREVENT Hay Fever! I'll post some information about various Plant Allergies reducers in the Herbal section. ^^ Back onto the topic....XD

the man that owns the nearest new-age storetold me of a spell where you take a mason jar and put broken glass, needles, broken mirror shards, anything sharp into the jar and put a drop of your blood (either from your hand, finger etc or from menstration) into it, put a lid on it and bury it in your yard and so long as it stays intact its supposed to prevent anyone from causing magickal harm to you. idk if your supposed to say something or not or if it really works but its just somethign thats coming to mind when i read this. anyone familiar with this spell?

That only works if the witch harassing fragileone0328 is a Wiccan. And then only if she is not angry to the point she ignores those teachings. For any other witch, the 'Threefold Law' is of no notice.

fragileone0328: One thing that will help is to ensure you've cleansed your own energy. Meditation and simple rituals you can probably find around this sight. Purify negative energy from yourself and it is easier to notice foreign energies. Don't worry about attempting to direct anything at her, you want to sever the connection. Keep your focus on shedding and rejecting negative energy when you preform your protection rituals.

I also think using magnets to attract positivity and repel negative to be a great method.

Im in the exact situation that you are in. This ex of my boyfriends reeks of pure evil. I made a witch jar that I buried in my front yard. Garlic, nails, pepper, glass, razors...but that was after she had already put something on me. I sensed it and created the bottle against more attacks but I have the need to do more, as she is acting up again and trying to enter my personal space. What I have been doing over the past few months is asking the Archangel Michael to prevent evil from coming to me and to stand by my bedside when I sense something...the anxiety dissapears almsot instantly. I dont know if you believe in angels though. You can do what I have been doing, putting her on ice to block her evil also, but I myself am looking for another method.

I agree with Peace mostly...and all of you have great ideas and methods. One thing I use...and it lets you know immediately when bad juju comes around...is a purification crystal in your head. You have to have a good imagination though. Imagine a crystal...clear, no faults or breaks, any color you choose that feels natural to you. Place is somewhere in your head...near the front corners if you like. And give it a job. Put energy into it...flow light(your energy) into this crystal with the job of purification and filtering of foreign, and bad energy as well as forceful mind entry. works like a charm for me
