i was medatating last night but every time i began to fall into the medative trance i felt something push or pull at my body, effectivly pulling me out of my medatation. this happened several times during my session untill i decided to give up for the evening.
the sensation was at times like a pushing force upon my back often a sharp movement. i have never had this experiece before so i have no idea what it may have been. could anyone shed some light for me?
Werid sensations

I've found that occasionally I have sensations of falling when I meditate. Usually I get relaxed enough that I feel like I'm sinking, or floating up. I try to just go with the movement. I find that trusting the movement usually just makes one feel like they are flying, besides its not like your going to actually fall from where ever your meditating.
If you meditate sitting, try laying down, or vise-versa. If you sitting it may be your body relaxing and slumping suddenly that makes you move.
Other then that, umm make sure no one's pushing you while you meditate
Be well.
