too much energy?
I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of some kind of energy releasing meditations. At least I think that's what I'm looking for. I've been having a problem with what I'm calling built up static electricity. There's the typical shocking people and things after shuffling feet, but there's also pain involved. My hands hurt. They become very red, very hot, and very sensitive. I've been to several doctors and we've ruled out the medical causes- we've done tests on everything from several types of arthritis to MS to something called peripheral neurothopy (sp?). I'm satisfied that we've been thorough in looking for answers. I've shorted out electronics- including a vending machine. Thank goodness I've had people around me to witness this stuff- I'd feel a bit on the crazy side if I didn't. The last bit of information is that this "condition" seems to get worse when therer's an earthquake. And in Texas, that's kind of not so common- but it's been happening quite a bit lately. I'm not sure where to find help for this- but a couple of things seem like common sense to me- i've got too much of some kind of energy- I need a way to get rid of it- it's "earth" related (sorry- not too sure about the terminology)- and wicca is, I think?, an earth based practice. I'm just trying to find some help and am hoping someone here can offer it. Thanks.
