Our neighbor has been harrassing us nonstop. Its really bad and getting worse. Help?

a) simple protection spell
light a white candle and say
"elements of the sun,
elements of the day,
come this way,
powers of night and day
I summon thee
I call upon thee
to protect me
so shall it be"
or
b) spell to have someone see their errors
this is a three times three spell to use on people who are corrupt in their ways. it has no negative consequences unless you are thinking ill of the person while casting it.
"wind in the north run through the trees.
three times three, let them see, let them see.
sands of the east, rich soils beneath three times three, set them free, set them free.
fires in the sounth awake from sleep. three times three, let them see, let them see.
water of the west flow to the seas. three times three set them free set them free.
it works best if you have something representing the person. this spell may not work right away, and you may have to repeat it.
i've used that one before on a friend who was bugging me and it kinda worked.
c) also on the non-magical side of things i'd talk to them first and ask them to leave you alone if that doesn't work you may have to get a restraining order of sorts.

that is a site that has a price comparison on tape recorders they're rather cheap, I suggest at your earliest convenience, to obtain one and use it against them....and why do they act like that? Are they retarded? What do they scream about?
