I was wanting to know what the best crystal and crystal combination would be to helpthrough this trying time. Im thrying to process my very recent break up,put my life on track and get out of this depression and emotionalrut i find myself in. Any suggestions?

I would recommend Amethyst for this. Amethyst will help bolster your Courage; help you discover Happiness in yourself; helps with issues of Love; and helps bring Peace to you. Lastly, it's a good Psychism stone for helping you figure things out. If you don't have Amethyst right now and need to go find one make sure it is one that 'speaks' to you and isn't just the first thing you pick up.

I may recommend combining both amethyst and rose quartz in the process..

As amethyst will bolster your courage and discover happiness ( as said by one walker) and you will also find profound healing with this stone.

Adding rosequartz will be direct it's natural energies into you (into your heart), it will respond to your hurt feelings and eventually heals them.




It's really hard to move on, why not do some things out of your routine? Why not do something new in your life? Try to divert yourself to things that can make you happy and as well as productive.

The rose quartz and amethyst are great suggestions. You can't miss with those, especially given the scenario you described.

I have found going to a stone shop and spending some time browsing meditatively through the stones is effective. Whatever stones seem to catch my attention more than the others, is usually what I need for healing and balance. The stones are automatic healers. The right stones resonate with your energy instantly when you walk be them. Pass your hand a few inches over them. The right stones will make your palm feel funny.

You can try to use Amethyst, Quartz Crystal, Rose quarts, Tigers Eye, Red Jasper, Aventurine or Canelian stones.
