I do have some control over Lightning and Fire, and Now Death. I'm not sure if its the terms you know.

My ambition is to gain a basic control of all the elements.

4)Water
5)Life
6)Death
7)Flesh
8)Ice
9)Thunder
10)Lightning

If you have information of help on techniques to control these on both Spiritual and some kind of physical level, It would be appreciated.
