I don't know if anyone has had this experience before, but...
I have always had horrible sleep issues. When I was young, I had sleep apnea (which means you stop breathing during sleep), I've battled with insomnia off and on, and in general, I just can't sleep straight through a night.
At least, I couldn't.
The DAY I decided to seriously embrace the Wiccan Path and begin my year and a day training, I slept through the entire night. Once I fell asleep, I stayed asleep. That has been the norm now, though it has only been about a week.
Could this mean that I have finally found some peace?
I have been ridden with anxiety and depression my entire life also, and that has also subsided.
It may be too soon to tell, but Wicca seems to already be having positive effects on my life.
What are your thoughts on this?
Sleeping better...

Congrats!
I have no idea if that's the reason why you're getting good sleep now. I can't speak from my own experience because I can easily sleep 10-12 hours a night if I have the time.

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.---------- Ralph Waldo Emerson
