Yes, I'm, HUGE. I'm a 5'5 female, 35 years and I weigh 102 kilos (that's about 224 pounds). I need to lose about 40 kilos (88 pounds) to be in a healthy weight range. I call them my 40 kilos of excess unhappiness! I moved house two years ago and I loathe the town I'm in. My neighbours on both sides are awful (always drunk, screaming, fighting etc) and I have no privacy in my back yard. I have no family near by and I have failed to make any close friends.
So for the past two years I've been literally eating my unhappiness and I have ballooned like crazy.
I'm in the southern hemisphere and we're moving into Summer and daylight savings starts this weekend which means I will have enough daylight time after work to get out and walk around and let nature help me heal and drop the weight. Please send some good vibes my way....
