How do you know if its real

I have been called a jinx for many years for my strange dreams. most of them happen within a few hours or a few of days of me saying or warning someone of what i saw.

I would like advice on something i saw last year. When i met my now partner jason we decided to go to the shop one night to get dinner and as we walked around the corner there was a black dog it started to growl at me and for the first time in my life i felt not at ease with the look in the dogs eyes the were yellow. Jason said come on but my legs felt weak i have never been so worried in my life. jason scared the dog off and we continued on. a few days went past and i started to lose sleep i keep seeing it when i close my eyes

(At this time i was a night shift worker and jason would start about 6am till 3pm and i would finnish at around 4am start at 6pm)

About a week past and things got worse i would come home from work and feel as though something was there with me in the bedroom. Then i started to hear barking and scratching it was at our front door. Fear rushed back into me all over again jason then relised something was very wrong as every time he would open the door it was gone we told our house mates and at first they thought nothing of it.

weeks past and we could not find answers jason looked through many books and web sites on what was going on while i was at work as he knows of my gift. It was like i was being attacked in my dreams and it was coming back with me.
One night jason and I were being together.. i closed my eyes for a few seconds upon opening them and looking at jason's face i saw it, his eyes were yellow and face distorted looked like a kind of a dog i started to lose my breath and i felt sick with fear.

while this was happening to me jason said i was just frozen with fear and when he grabed me i started screaming he said it was like i was having a bad dream

I remember seeing a dark mass exit him and move around behind me as i told him i felt something grab me on my sholder and then quickly pull away moving very fast towards my flat mates room. I told jay its in dans room then dan started to scream jason knocked on his door he answered jason asked if he was ok told him he was screaming in his sleep dan said bad dreams mate and just went back to sleep. Dan did not remember jason and his conversation the next morning.
Any help on this matter as It sometimes feels like its still here and i get worried what is it and why is it still there not as strong as the first time but its still there.

I wish I had an answer for you. The best I can tell you is to try a banishing spell to get rid of it. Maybe that will work. I hope so for your sake.
