Does not look forward to dreaming

I have dreams of the people in my life, and I see them in an undescribable place and then I get a phone call within two weeks saying that person has either died or is dying. Just before the funeral I will see that person in my dream again only I can talk to them and they talk to me but I am unable to hear what they say. It is for this reason I do not look forward to going to sleep, can someone tell me what kinds of dreaming this is

premonition...n during those dreams try to feel no fear n open yourself up, its how i found out my 'watchers' name. belive its possible n try not to shut them out your the last they talk to, their final goodbye.
