All the different kinds of "Kinesis"

Electrokinesis Tech: Close your eyes and image electricity flowing inside and outside of your body. See them shocking each other and hear them crackling and popping. Do that every day. If you can make it come out of your hand or finger try to shoot it at a TV or somthing to see if it messes the reception up.

Electro Ball: Image electricity flowing through your body. Then, make a psi ball, now image electric bolts coming out of your hands and your fingertips, and merging with the psi ball, making little sparks and shocks around and inside the psi ball. Do this every day, along with just imaging the electricity flowing inside of you. Just keep practicing, and when you get the electro-ball, you will be able to shock people with it. But be warned, don't use a lot of power with this technique on someone if you know that their power is less than yours and they won't be able to handle it, this technique can really injure someone when used with enough power.

The easiest time to do it is when you're laying in bed before you go to sleep. Close your eyes and visualize the electricity running through the body part of choice. Try to do all these things one after another or mix them. Visualize it running up say, your hand, in waves of electricity like the kind of waves old TV's get sometimes that go up the screen. Then after that, visualize it sparking and even arcing out of your finger tips and hands. Try to feel the sparks the best you can, sometimes your fingers will just go sort of numb and they will feel wierd if you try to move them. Then open your eyes and do the same thing for a while...eventually you should start seeing very faint pencil thin lines of electricity or round dot size sparks or both.

Electro Blast First, make a Ball of Electricity. Then add some Ki into it. Just practice that for a few days or at least a week until you get good at it. Then after you get good at that, start to compact Electricity and Ki into your arm. After you feel that your arm is compacted with enough Electricity and Ki, blast it out of your hand. Now the objective is to try and control the blast if you can. Remember to only use a little bit of Ki and Electricity if your opponent is too week to handle your level of power Lightning Ball To start out, just make a normal ki or mana ball and charge it up. Next, start visualizing lightning striking down all around you. Actually hear the crack and sizzle of the lightning bolts. Then, visualize all little lightning bolts striking around your hands and striking into your ki ball and causing electric shocks inside and outside it. It would make it even better if you know how to perform some electrokinesis. You will know by the feeling you get in your hands if you have made this correctly. When it's made, blast away.

Photokinesis is the ability to influence and control vegetation (not sure how to do this if any one knows please post)

Chrono means time so chronokinesis is the ability slow down or maybe speed up ones perception of time. You could read entire novels in less then one night you could get a better picture of things in a game or sport. Chronokinesis is the power to slow down or speed up your perception of time.

If you slow it down you will appear to others to be moving at superhuman speed and your talk will sound like gibberish but to you it will be like everything is slow motion. If you choose to speed up time, everything around you will seem fast and you will appear to be in slow motion. First get a clock that ticks on the second and find a relaxing place. Then Listen to the beats and begin to realize that time isn't real. Now listen to the beats getting slow or faster. Do this for a few minutes and then listen, if the beats are closer or father apart you've done it. Practice this enough and eventually you won't need a clock.

Exercise Step One First start by getting a pendulum or clock or something that make a ticking sound once a second. Then in your know time get comfortable and relax. Step Two Now listen to the beats of the object, Tick, Tock, Tick, Tock, Then focus on this sound and listen for the spaces between the tick tock sound focus on the silence and blend your energy with the silence realize that man is not governed by time. Time is simply a concept created by man. Step Three Now listen to the spaces between the beats, focus on the measure of silence getting slower and slower. Step Four Do this for several minutes and then if the beats are getting longer apart from the next one you've done it! Now just keep practicing and eventually you will get to where you don't need a pendulum or clock.

Chrono Telekinesis - The ability to move people or animals through time.

Biokinesis-Changing Eye Color Biokinesis is manipulation of the body using the mind. The practice specified involves the manipulation of ones eye color. This can be dangerous if you do not be careful enough using it or if you quit practicing the procedure between the times you begin it and finish it. This is used for purposes specified by the user, such as change the color to appreciate ones self more. ********************I dont know how accurate this is..some people have tried it and said it works and others said they are having a hard time..no one said if it was permanent.GOOD LUCK************************

here you guys go another tech for ya Biokinesis Techniques Genetic Needle This Technique/Transformation is very very dangerous if not done properly. Imagine your genes in a big bubble, if you can't imagine this just imagine a big bubble inside of you with little lines in the bubble moving at a very very fast pace. Now Concentrate your energy in the shape of a needle. Now your Ki needle thats inside your body should have ki in your needle. Now, HERES THE TRICKY PART. Tell the ki what you want to change in your genes. Like if you want to be more stronger more faster or change your hair color. Now, inject the needle inside the bubble and imagine your bubble is glowing and visualize your genes combining with your ki. Make sure the hole you made is covered with some ki cause if not the genes that made you who you are will slowly leave you. Do this at your own risk.This what I do but since its fading termporliy its not a good time to practice psi. Never Get Discourage in what you do always try to find faith and strength with in yourself!!!

Hydrokinesis is the ability to control or create movements in water at will.If you chose to learn how to use such a powerful ability you will with no doubt begin to learn and think you are going nowher.But everyone must begin somewhere.You will go form making small and hardly noticeable ripples in the water to making large waves. Hydrokinesis,much like other kinetic abilities,once mastered can be used for protection or to save a life. All it takes is, time, pratice, patience, and an open mind.

Whirlpool Once it has settled, close your eyes. Sense the water in front of you, feel its energy and merge it with yours. See in your mind's eye the link between you and the liquid. Feel its smoothness - its cool healing properties. Now try to mimic those feelings within your own energies. You and water are one and the same. just as you have control over your own energies, so too do you have control over water. Open your eyes. look at the the substance within the bow. You are a part of it, and it is a part of you. keeping in mind your connection with it, will the water to move, just as you would with your own energy. make it start to swirl in the bowl, always getting stronger, always gaining speed. It is you. Remember, the secret here is thinking that the water is nothing but an extension of your body. Focus a lot. Sink Meditate for half an hour. Get comfortable and breathe deeply. Look at the toothpick.Imagine your's "hand" coming out and pushing on the object, and imagine it glinding across the water to the other side of the dish.Feel the energy pushing on it.You can use your hands to direct your energy,but don't touch or blow on the toothpick.Here another tech.Imagine that you are pushing down on the object,forcing it to go under the surface of the water. Wave Gaze in to the clear liquid and imagine yourself becoming one with the water.Feel it's energy,molecules...let your mind sink into it and fuse with it's surroundings.Once you feel as though there is nothing seperating you from the water,and that it will do as you wish make some sort of small movement in the water. creating water out of thin air Imagine water molecules forming with air molecules and see the water appearing in your mind as cleary as possible see it coming out of the air and,once you see the water you may shape it on to whatever you want.In time you may be able to generate enogh water to the point were you may use it as a shield.

*Note-this is extremly hard to accomplish but if you are an experiend hydrokinetic then this shouldnt be a problem for you.Not something Id reccomend for begginers.

Geokinesis is moving the Earth...

Earth fuse Close your eyes , and picture the energy from the earth floating all around you and glowing beneath the surface under you. Now, send some of your ki , in the form of string-type streams down into the earth ,connecting the earth with your energy.

Picture your ki fusing with the earth's energy, and absorbing some of it into your energy. Performing a ki flame-type power up, picturing the two energies fusing together all inside of you. Now start gathering earth energy, make it swirl around inside your ki flame.keep loading up your ki flame with earth energy until you feel it is fairly strong. Now,send all that energy that is swirling around you to the front of you, and use your mind to make it form something such as a brick wall-type shield. Keep adding earth energy to it, and program it to do whatever you want...just rememeber that you CANNOT shield from physcal objects. earth punch now, power up as you normally would, but take in earth energy with

Swirl the earth energy with your own ki. now,bring your hand back, make a tight fist, and use the earth energy to surround your hand, and picture it making a big rock around your fist, or turning your fist to stone.send the last of that earth energy into your fist, and take a big step forward and smash your foe with all your might, and picture the stone braking on them. Earth blast power up a ki ball send earth energy to the ki ball in your wrist and arm. visulize the earth energy plating the ki ball and turning them into rocks fused togerther. make them hard and strong then when ready, blast out the rock ball from your wrist and visulize it smashing with great force into your opponent. minor earthquake visulize a massive fist of rock forming on the bottom of the staff, use ki and earth energy to make it.when it's ready and strong enough, lift up the staff and slam it onto the ground, visulize the fist hitting the ground super hard and if done correctly anyone around you may feel a sligth earth disturbence. earth ripple picture a pond in your mind and then use all of your ki to make the biggest fist possible to make and then imagine your hand tearing through the water in the pond.Than shash the fist into the earth to make the earth ripple.(or concrete for that matter.)

Elemental blast. Gather mana in your hand chakras get some energy from earth,some from fire, some from ice, and some from water. imagine the different energy swirling, swirling, in your hand. DO not mix them, just put them into the ball shape, suck it in your hands, and shoot all the energy all at once. Not really just geo. earth gun. make a psiball of earth energy, pour a lot of energy into it, about 85% of all your energy, do this 3 times, and shrink it so it's the size and shape of a bullet, make a gun shape with your hands, and put the psiball (geo) between your 2 shooting fingers, and visualize it shooting out when you move your thumb or something. Aim. Click your thumb. Make it dense enough, an shoot it at paper, if it makes a hole in paper, try a beer can. If it goes through that, that means your GOOD!! Very useful in fighting. Make several bullets, store it in your hand, use it like a gun!!! BAM! BAM! im not responsible if you hurtkill someone your choice, your consequenses It might be helpful if you put another one, except fire on the tip of this and make it sharp and charge the whole thing with electricity. Jing Blast: Go set up for a regular ki blast. Place your hands to your side and create a ki ball between them as you normaly would. After the ki ball is created, begin to visualize the ki hardening into a solid object. I visualize it hardening into a cannonball. When in your mind it looks like a ball in between your hands, Thrust out like you normally would. When the "rock" is released, visualize the stream of ki pushing it as a Pole or piece of two by four. I visualize a huge telephone pole emerging and shooting at the opponent. Ram the pole straight through the opponent. This will give a visible effect of the damage. It may cause a red mark or something the first few times you try it. Practice it on a friend first. But make sure he has proper gear on. I did this to a friend of mine before when he wasn't wearing any gear. He bent down and acted like he had just been punched real hard in the gut. When he recovered he commented that it felt like a telephone pole was rammed through him. Later on, try it on cans.

Atmokinesis The ability to manipulate the weather. It operates by making subtle changes to wind, air pressure, temperature, and the earth’s electromagnetic field. These changes eventually bring out a change in the weather.

Changing Weather - Find something you can use to channel your energy. If you practice magic, a simple wand or athame will do. Close your eyes and visualise the kind off weather that you want to bring about. Be as specific as possible. Try to hear the wind, smell the rain, feel the change in temperature, what ever. Then, imagine sunlight ( the most influential force in weather) pouring into you. Let it build up in your solar plexus and when you're ready, release it into the sky through the tool you've chosen. It might also help if you literally tell the energy what to do as you release it. -Changing Weather 2- For this one you might first want take time to meditate. Think about what kind of weather you wish to bring about and channel the appropriate elemental energy. When you're ready, stand in the grounded position, and cup your hands together to make a ki ball. Visualize the ball's energy in the form of the element you need {wind, rain, lighting, or again, just simple sunlight.} Tell your ki ball what it needs to do and when you feel it's ready, release it and visualize it zooming into air and exploding its energy throughout the sky.

Cryokinesis is the ability to control the element of Ice. Before you start, you will most likely want to prepare your body for this. For techniques on preparatory work, go to Ki Evolution. Below are just different techniques that you could try to use Cryokinesis for.

Cultivating Water Energy: This technique you will need throughout most of cryokinesis, since you will be taking the water elemental energy and forming it to ice. To start, stand in a position you would for ki breathing or grounding. Close your eyes, and picture yourself standing in a peaceful place, surrounded by water, or waterfalls, whatever you want. Now, picture energy flowing from the water, into your body, mixing with your ki in your Dan Tien, and flowing throughout your body. I picture this as a blue form of mana. Keep doing this until you feel that the technique has been completed, and that you have cultivated water energy.

Cultivating Water Energy 2: This is another way of cultivating water energy, sent to me by my friend Richard. This is an easier way to cultivate water energy. While taking a shower close your eyes and let the water hit your front side of your body. Visualize the water energy coming from it into your Dan Tien or even just your body like it is absorbing it. After a minute or two you will have enough. Changing Temperature: This technique is one of the more common you can find on Cryokinesis all over the web. It is using Cryokinesis to change the temperature of a specific area a bit, to make it colder. To start out, you may want to meditate a bit and clear your mind. Now, find the room, or whatever area you wish to change the temperature of, and you may want to check the thermostat first, and see what the temperature is. Now, stand there comfortably, with your eyes closed. Invision that you are standing in the middle of a blizzard, with snow blowing past you with gusts of frigid wind, ice forming on the ground. You must really get into this. Actually try to feel your body becoming colder. Picture the thermostat that you looked at in the beginning, and picture the temperature on it dropping. You could also picture ice forming around the room, all over everywhere, causing the temperature to drop. Now don't get discouraged, this takes practice. With enough work, you should be able to make the temperature a little colder.

Ice Ball: This is the other common cryokinesis technique that you will see a lot. Now, there are many ways of doing this, but I will explain one of them. Get into the stance that you use when you normally make a Ki or mana ball, with your knees bent a bit, and hands in the ki ball position, at your side, near your hip. Now, picture water running over your hands and in between your hands, as if you were running them under a faucet. Feel it out, and extract the water elemental energy. Now, picture the water frosting over, try to hear the sounds of the ice crackling as the water freezes. Picture it freezing little by little, and compiling into a ball of ice between your palms. Do this for a few minutes, and see if you feel any cold between your hands. Don't worry, all these techniques take time and practice, so you might not get it on the first day. Just keep working on it. Practice this every day, until you can do it. To test this, you can try throwing the ice ball at a candle or some kind of small flame like that. And again, don't worry if nothing happens the first few times. Just remember, when throwing the ice ball, just like any other energy ball, you must be in complete concentration and focus, so that the ball does not simply disperse into the air.

Ice Blast: This tech can be done a couple of ways, and here I will describe both that I know of. One way, is to just make a normal ice ball, and then push your hands forward like a normal ki blast, and picture the ice ball flying through the air, being absorbed into your target, and turning the entire thing to ice. Now, this will not actually turn the object into ice. But if done on a person, they may get a shiver, or feel cold. Now, the second way to do this, is a bit different. This way I have thought up myself. Instead of making an ice ball, fill up your fore-arms with the water energy. Now, picture it freezing just like the ice ball technique, and then shoot your hands forward, picturing a large icicle being launched out of your hands at your foe.

Tsurara Tate: "Icicle Shield". This is a technique that I devised myself. To start out, stand in a wide stance, and be in concentration on the elemental energy of water, and draw it into your body. Keep picturing it filling up your body, mixing with your ki in your Dan Tien. When you think you have enough, then tense up your muscles. Become completely focussed, and picture the water element exploding out of you, and freezing mid-way through the air, forming a dome of ice around your body. Picture more water energy being added to it, the dome becoming larger and more powerful, and freezing more. Keep picturing this happening, and also picture the water energy inside you, powering you up internally, like an internal ki flame. Practice this, and remember not to over do it.

Kori Hari: "Ice Needles". This techinque I also devised myself. Now, this is similar to the Ice blast technique, using the icicle. But, it is a bit harder and could take more practice. Now, to start out, draw in the water energy, and pack it into your arms. Picture it freezing like in the ki ball technique, but staying inside your arms. Now, tense up your arms and shoot them forward as if for a blast, but this time, use your ishi(will power) to have the ice energy come out of your palms and fingertips in the form of little needles of ice, which you should focus on pelting your opponent with. Introduction Cryokinesis is the ability to control the element of Ice. Before you start, you will most likely want to prepare your body for this.

Aerokinesis is defined as ones natural ability to manifest energy and control air.

Aerokinesis tech 1 So go outside and meditate for an hour, this only takes a small amount of concentration.Now, think how that wind would feel hitting you from the direction of your choice.Then, once you feel the wind start to kick up,try to make it as strong as you can.

Aerokinesis tech 2 Imagine strings of psi stretching off of your finger toward the winds. Pull not jerk, you hand where you want the wind to blow.This takes a while to master and eventually you will be able to bring strong winds Practicing Aerokinesis (Indoors) Hold your hands about four inches away from your face. Keep them about three inches apart from each other. Blow air in between your two hands. Choose one hand to move the air with. Make sure the other hand cannot feel the wind being blown past it. With the hand you've chosen, try to push the wind towards the other hand until you can feel it against your skin.

Medium tornado To start off you need to meditate for at least an hour and after that you have to feel the wind and be one with the wind feel it rage form that rage in circles going up in the air. Hand tornadoes First you need to mediate for an hour, imagine strings of energy connecting you to the wind now that you can feel the attachment to the wind, control the wind, and let it blow in the two directions to know what it feels like. Now imagine that tornadoes are forming around your hands and feel the wind getting stronger around your hand and blowing in your face with a lot of power, now let all your bad emotions go in the tornado around your hand and let it rage with power. When you have done it the wind is suppose to be blowing like a tornado is in front of you.

Air balls First, call a wind summon. Next gather air energy in your hands. Form it into a ball-like shape. Gather until there is nowhere for the energy to go but out. Release all air energy in a form of a ball. Air Blade Basically use your ablility to sharpen the air. Condense the air into a blade; this may help you visualize a sword or a knife. After it's condensed, focus on sharpening the blade, just keep sharpening until you feel that it's razor sharp, then either swing it,, or launch it in a wave.

Air Jump First, concentrate on controlling the air around you. Then jump into the air. Then, when you reach the peak of your jump, focus and condense the air underneath your foot to become as hard as stone. Vacuum Speed Control the air in front of your leg, and in the path of the leg and move it somewhere else to create a vacuum. The lesser air pressure means lesser air resistance, and you will kick faster.

Resistance shield Visualize the molecules in the air being drawn to you, and compacting tightly as a shield around your body, visualize the shield being a sphere over your body bonded by the air molecules and time you breathe, more molecules compacting on the sphere, keep visualizing the sphere becoming denser.

Air Pressure Wave Visualize air molecules being drawn to your palms, and visualize those atoms stacking up as a wall of tightly bonding air atoms in front of you. Visualize your hands being filled with the substance of air within it. Feel it flowing through your body. And visualize it building up in your palms. Now put your palms on the wall of pressured air and visualize your air ki blasting out at the wall and push it.

WHIRLWIND ATTACK Highly dangerous First do a wind summon and after that spin around making the air go around spinning faster and make the air lift you above the ground and move the whirlwind around the area like a whirlwind and pick up stuff and make it hit something. Flying First you power-up using any method(s) that feel right for you. Now levitate now while levitating use your ki from your chakra point and have your ki come out of your body and push you into the direction in which you want to go. To Summon/Banish the Wind A Beginner

Technique By: Twilar Sylaethus This technique is so simple, yet effective, it will be hard to believe, but it is very real. The process is simple. To summon the wind, thrust your right hand forward, palm facing the direction you want the wind to blow, and focus. See the wind blow in the desired position, and it will come. To banish the wind, thrust your LEFT hand forward, palm facing the direction the wind is coming from, and imagine a force-field surrounding you, blocking the wind on all sides, and the wind will stop. Hope this works for you. Blessed Be. Air speed power up First get into a stance that you are able to draw ki in. now visualize your ki going through your body, now visualize yourself dematerialize into the wind and becoming part of it. Try to become one with the wind. You will feel your ki going through your body real fast. When you do this the air speed of the wind around you will increase but your reaction time, strength, and your speed to gather ki energy will greatly increase more than the ki flame power up. i dequan made this. Air Purification from Page This is a very hard technique to pull off correctly. If done, even the most toxic of air can be morphed into pure oxygen. Stand in a comfortable position, arms crossed at the waist. Now continue on to creating a shield. Add as much energy as you feel is needed for the given situation. Visualize it filled with pure air. Also focus on the edge of the shield as a suction device, pulling in the air around you, and releasing as regular air. When finished, let the shield merge with the air around you. By Dequan.

It's so interesting to read; and once I'm more experienced (I'm a total newbie!), I'm definetly going to be trying some of these out. Thanks so much!

I wouldnt get too carried away... All of those are almost certainly not possible and can be attributed to ordinary events.

I used to practice frequent atmokinesis on accident. It sort of manifested itself when I was upset. I would go outside and move around in a violent jerky way imagining the clouds moving to fit my motions. The effect was not instant, but every time I can think of that I did this there would be a storm that night or later that day. I seldom watched the weather, just to block out that, I really dunno if it was just by coincidence the 20+ times I did this that there was supposed to be a storm... either way, it occasionally nearly caused tornados.

Aerokinesis was similar. I frequently grouped these two together though. I could change the wind direction and maybe the pressure... I know I could shift the air current in rooms and the temperature of the room. Both of these were natural abilities though, however, when I stopped practicing [I did this as a young kid, maybe 10.] it all sort of went away. I tried to do it more recently and was left with nothing.

I would greatly like to learn hydro and photokinesis. Both of these pique my interests, but as it has been said before, kinesis is terribly difficult.
