how to pick?
how to pick?
Hello Im new to the religion and have done a fair amount of research on the subject of the gods and goddessess but every site I visit just lists them off. So my question is how to I know or decide which gods and goddessess to go with (for lack of a better word). If anyone could give me some advice it'd be apprechiated

Re: how to pick?
Which ones do you like the best? Which ones rule over something that you love?
Example: If you love being beautiful, go for Aphrodite or Venus
If you love the forest, go for Cernunnos or Pan
If you love witchcraft, go for Hecate
If your into Egyptian myth, go for Isis and Osiris
If your into artwork, go for Ceridwen
If your into feminism, go for Diana or Artemis
The moon, go for Hecate or Arianrhod
Its just really about what and who you wish to worship. Or if you are called by a Goddess and God, and you'll know if that happens.

Oh well is there a Goddess you mention or hear the name of and you get a weird 'fuzzy' feeling? In my type of Wicca, I use EVERY Goddess!
