I was wondering if anyone could really give me some hints and tips to starting some dream work. I kind of want to know the benefits to starting a dream diary since I read a few books recommending it, not only just books based on the Craft. I understand recording dreams, but I’m wondering what it really does and improve and how I can really learn and remember what I see in my sleep. Thank you.
Also, for those who do it, how often do you record it?
What do you eat in order to inspire dreams? I heard different foods work well for it.
What kind of things do you see and learn and how do you apply it?

Re: Recording a Dream Diary?
im curious on how to improve my dreams as well. so far for the dream diary though its supposed to improve dream recall and vividity or so. because people forget dreams within the first so many minutes of waking up usually its supposed to bring it from an unconcious memory to a concious memory easier for dreams and the more details from the dreams you write out the more you are suppsoed to remember from dreams later. something like that.
