I just think that everyone should know that after magick and ritual you should always ground. If you don't ground, you will keep the energy from your working within you. The energy you raise must always be released. Grounding is very simple. All you must do is stand on the ground, best outdoors but you can also ground indoors, visualize the earth's roots coming into you--know those roots cleanse you. Next, feel those roots leaving you. The grounding is finished! You have successfully sent all your magickal/ritual energy out.
