Binding Spell

Hi guys! I know I haven't been around lately other than just to lurk, but I have been under some serious attacks recently by a former friend of mine. Anywho, not here to vent about it, just to share that I wrote a spell tonight to bind her, because in the past her use of magick has nearly hurt others also. I know that the issue of binding can be touchy, and I'm not here to argue whether or not it is okay, simply to post my spell/chant in case anyone needs it. I simply lit my candles, cast a circle, and chanted this, speeding up as I went, while visualizing.

"Ending all the pain that you've cost
Forgiving all the time that's been lost
The threefold law you did not abide
You've taken happiness, you've made me hide
At this time your powers I bind
Removing your magick from space and time"
