I heard the Goddess (i think)

Ok so I know I'm new but this made me really excited so I felt like sharing! It was on Tuesday night and I has having trouble getting to sleep so thought I would try/practice breathing I use when meditating since its meant to help relax me and clear my mind!
So I tried it and it worked and while I was somewhere between falling asleep and still being awake I must have been thinking of something (I just remember the word scared/sad) and I heard a voice say 'I do'. I believe I had asked a question without realising it. So yeah when I heard this I was rather surprised and started thinking who/what it was and what the voice sounded like.
I thought it could be the Goddess (I don't know if I have a patron Goddess yet) and when I thought this I heard the voice again saying '[I'm] here, Genevieve'. So at this point i kinda assumed it was the Goddess although the name did, and still does slightly, confuse me (its not my name, or the name or anyone i know. and I would never have thought of it myself).

So yeah. I have been studying more than I used too and am finding my path again and I have been thinking about patron Goddess's and Gods's so maybe its because of that. Anyway I will stop talking now...

I don't really remember the question but I think it was something along the line of 'have you/do you ever get/been sad/scared'. I don't even remember thinking it that clearly or even why I was thinking it (though I was worrying about something so that may have something to do with it). I think I was more asleep than awake at that point but that's the best guess I have from what I remember.
