Wicca E-Books & Apps: Convenient and Private

Postby Moonface » Tue Apr 23, 2013 11:14 pm

So I have a "very catholic father" who knows I have abilities but won't ever address it.
Anyway I started thinking how could I start reading, building my library, and start practicing?
I was poking around on my android and a found a few great books/apps that I can also access on my computer by going to the google play store if I ever need a bigger view. Personally I like having this option cause I can take my books with me where ever I go and I won't have to worry about my dad poking around in anything. Most of all it's convinient.
Thought I'd share one or two.
This app is called Wiccan & Witchcraft Spells APP : Reviews look good, spells seem to work, quite a few people have downloaded it.It comes with a pretty cool "current moon phase, though I don't know how accurate it is am I'm still learning moon phases. They have spells which cover Healing, love, jobs, wishes, binding, fertility ect.Teach you how to write your own spells and teaches sybmbols Best of all this app was FREE!
My second online tool that I got was a book called The Only Wiccan Spell Book You'll Ever Need
First off I'd have to say I seriously doubt that because from the reviews I saw its AMAZING for beginners BUT for people who have been on the path for a while it's a good reference too. The book is by Marian Singer and Trish MacGregor I have been skimming and I'd say it seems like a pretty good book so far.It teaches you about the origins of Wicca, about the Goddess' and God's, belifes, tools and kits, spellcasting, creating a sacred place ect. I believe I bought it for 9.20$CAN

If you know of any and would like to share please do. I do not mean to offend or insult anyone. Perhaps some of you may find it unconventional or whatever the case may be but I find it very helpful and I hope it helps others.

I don't know about anyone else, but I've learned
a lot from Scott Cunningham's books...

Yeah I just bought one of his too. I'm liking it! I'd like to find a book which discusses all the paths though.
