Possible Spell/Advice for Exhaustion?

Possible Spell/Advice for Exhaustion?

Merry meet everyone!

Lately I've noticed that my energy has been wearing down quicker than usual, and most of the time I just want to curl up and take a nap. Unfortunately I really don't have time to do that between senior homework, a senior project, and my weekend job.

I'm planning on quitting my job in a few months, once it have a nice safety cushion in my bank account, but until then, I'm feeling really run ragged.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle this problem, or at least help me get some work done?

Well besides a healthy diet of fruits, veggies & nuts as well as walking to get the blood flowing... meditations & cleansing baths are good too. It's especially important to take care of your mind, body & spirit when doing spell work as you are using your energy/life force and need to replenish it. When you don't it can lead to health problems like exhaustion and other more severe symptoms.

That's what I recommend anyway... I'm sure others on here have some other good ideas too! :)

Thank you guys so much. I'll definitely try and watch what I eat more, that probably doesn't help that i come home and much on junk food while trying to focus.

For cleansing baths, I've heard of them, but I've never really looked into them. Any special ways or tips you'd be willing to share?

Been there, it's horrid at times. Here's some of the things that kept me going; maybe some of it will work for you.

- Plan ahead, keep an agenda or to-do list, and PRIORITIZE. Make sure you know what is due when and that you schedule enough time to take care of those projects well ahead of time. Write down the deadline and write down a goal for chapters read or pages written each day- and STICK TO IT. Leave at least a day between when you plan to have the project finished and when it is actually do (because realistically, things will happen to delay your schedule at times).

-Make sure you're getting enough sleep at night, at least 8 hours. Sometimes it's easier to get that than other times, but do what you can. Sometimes it will mean saying no to going out with friends or family, or sacrificing other things.

- Make sure you are taking the time EVERY DAY to take care of yourself. Doing something that relaxes you, that makes you happy and helps you to de-stress after every day. (Cleansing baths fall into this category)

-Make sure you're taking care of yourself physically (diet and exercise, already mentioned so I won't extend).

And remember, it's a temporary situation with an expiration date in sight. :)
