I can't speak for Aphrodite personally, but I offer regular offerings to Freya, a Norse love Goddess. The two have some similarities. Freya loves offerings of chocolate and flowers. Perhaps you might try that? In my experience, gods and goddesses react favorably to heartfelt offerings.

Aphrodite is a Goddess of the sea as well as of love. She is also a Goddess of ritual baths and passion. So for Aphrodite perfume would be an acceptable offering. Roses work well as an offering too. Chocolate works for Goddesses of passion and love because of a chemical reaction that happens when we eat chocolate (better with dark chocolate). You can also offer her pretty jewelry and other items you find associated with beauty, love, passion, sexuality, and the sea. I would also definitely decorate the altar with seashells as she was born from the oceans foam in one tale.

Gods usually appreciate everything you make yourself. As for Aphrodite, you can make a cake in the shape of a seashell or a heart as a token of your appreciation.
