Can you do spells and rituals during the day? If so do you still go by the phase the moon will be in? Blessings.

I don't mean to be rude, but you already asked a very similar question in this thread. Perhaps it would be better to actually reply to some of the threads you've been making with follow-up questions, instead of creating entirely new threads for similar topics?

To answer your question, however, yes you can do spells and rituals during the day. As was mentioned in your other thread you don't need to follow the moon phase unless you want to, and yes you could still do spells by moon phase during the day if you wished to do so. You might also consider timing by the sun, or other methods, but again, as was said, it's really all up to you when/how you wish to do these things.

I do spells during the day that I think benefit from the solar energy. Healing, health and lifting spirits. I don't worry about the moon phase unless I am doing moon work. In the case of healing you may need to do the spell while you can.

I do spells during the day more often than not. I still use the moon cycle for some of them. Others I don't really pay attention on the moon/sun because it's a spell for something I need sooner rather than later.

You know, you're right. I never thought about that before but that is correct.

It makes me wonder whether or not the moon's subtle energies might have an effect on spells cast during the day. I would imagine it does, though the effect is probably watered down a bit. Even more so during mornings when the moon is not visible, then stronger during the mornings when it is visible.

You can feel the influence of everything all day and night long, only intensity of these elements varies in its dynamics.

Sun goes stronger in daylight, Moon at night.
Also I think it was Ptolemy's Tetrabiblos that mention similar to all planets such as Mars is dry therefore more destructive at day and more appeased at night. Saturn is cold, therefore more hazardous at night and more appeased at day.

What I usually do I wait for sunset to do witchcraft spells in Luna's reign but I don't know how is better to make Solar candles - would you make them in daylight so as to empower the Sun or would you make them in the dark so as to communicate that you are making a witchcraft thing enhanced by the Moon witch spellworking probably is?
