Help Interpret My Dream Please

I had a dream where everything was all weird. The houses looked different all the people weren't in the right houses and everyone was happy, like weird happy. And then there was a bookshelf in the middle of the road. There were only four books that I could read the title of; Fire Spells, Egyptian Gods and Goddesses, Egyptian Rituals of Flame, and the Ancient Egyptian Element of Fire. I'm the dream, after I read those titles, I coughed and suddenly the books were written in hieroglyphics and I could read the other books (random books which I'd read before) I previously had a dream where o was debunking a haunting I'm Egypt. And in that dream the creators of the fake haunting were 3 guys who wore smiling skull masks. And on my latest dream, they tried to run me over. I ran into my house but a shark tried to bite me when I was in my yard... It was so lucid. The feeling of the spines of the hieroglyph books, the fear when the masked men tried to run me down, the relief when I got inside my house. Usually I wouldn't acknowledge a dream like that, but the mark of Isis was on one of the books. She is one of my matron goddesses. Anybody have thoughts on that?

At the risk of sounding stupid but Maybe you should look into more Egyptian things like mythology,ect.
For the other dream however sounds like a normal dream but perhaps it mean that something you been struggling with (or fearing) will come to an end (Or you will find relief).
Sorry it that's not much help I'm kind of new to this sort of thing

It sounds like Isis may be reaching out to you, trying to tell you something. As far as the shark, I don't know. The only thing that really comes to mind, other than Sharknado, is the Nile crocodile. I think the Egyptian pantheon has a crocodile god. Might be worth researching.

Gray Sun, the more you work at dream interpretation, the more accurate you will be. I'm glad you spoke up.

I don't need any research. I love Egyptian mythology. I have my copy of the book of the dead. A miniture stone pyramid, a silver cat statuette, and a stone scarab. The crocodile god is Soehbek. I had never really thought about having an Egyptian pantheon though....

I find the minute I think I know everything about something is minute I find out something I didn't know. Maybe Isis is reaching out to you, or maybe she is trying to tell you that you have missed some important information and you need to look back over the info on Egyptian mythology that you missed...

Also, when you say lucid, do you mean that you knew this was a dream while you were having it? Did you in fact then guide some of the facts of the dream by knowing it was a dream?

I agree, even if you already know a lot about Egyptian Mythology. Perhaps the titles of the books are giving you an idea of where try and dig up more information, or more details that may be more obscure than in your regular Mythology 101 or on blogs (I hope you get what I'm trying to say). Maybe it would benefit to simply dig deeper in a few areas and see what turns up, just in case.

The shark will depend on how you perceive sharks, what symbolic meaning they have to you and why it may be attacking you while you're going through a dream oriented around Isis, your neighbors, and your beliefs. Sharks live in the water element (i.e. emotions), and are sometimes seen to be something of an authoritative figure regarding emotions and the subconscious (as they are apex predators). Maybe it's simply trying to tell you something about your own subconscious thoughts, fears, or warnings that may need some attention.

Sorry I'm late to the party, it's been a hectic week. But that's my two cents.

Wow, thanks for telling me to stop being so upity about my knowledge. I learned that rivers (im a river witch) and river lilies (my fave flower) are very much incorporated into Egyptian culture. I still dont understand the shark part though. But i believe the fire books were like a test of my love for an element. I didnt read the spells, so therefore i know that water is true to me and i true to it. Isis is also a goddess i very much love. Like it says in SnowCat's sig; Disciple of Nepthys, Child of Isis.
