Dreams with"ghosts"

I have had about three dreams with some type a spirit in them. Not all the same time but over the course of a couple weeks. The first one was where I was lying in bed and I felt like I was floating and I couldn't move and was slowly being floated off the bed and into a wall. It was a ghost girl doing it I think.

The next one I had was where I was in my room sort of sleeping. A thing was trying to get into my head/get my energy and I could only see flashing colors. I kind of woke up in my dream and was scared to move in case it was there.

The one I had last night was where I was at nanas house in the bed sleeping. I saw a dark shadow by the bathroom and I tried to shield myself but couldn't. It was trying to get my energy. It stopped because I blocked it and I saw a face of a little girl, I wanted to communicate with her but I had to block all the energy out. I saw or felt something and started screaming and fell off the bed. I then left the room and sat in the living room with my nana.

When I had the last dream I was taking cold medication. Its kind of funny that I have a cold. I had dreams where ticks where crawling on me and that means health problems and kept getting health from my angel oracle cards.
Anyway I am not sure that these are just dreams anymore. I've cleansed my room. I am so confused and a little scared to sleep at night

I know loved ones like to visit in dreams. I've seen my Dad a few times. At first it does scary, but after I let my dreaming self accept what's going on...knowing that I will wake up, I've had beautiful experiences with those who are not physically with me anymore. It could be a loved one or maybe someone else you know, loved ones. I've been seeing, hearing, smelling and feeling spirits since I was at least 4/5...my first memory . Alot of the times it is always scary at first...heck, I'm 31 now and I still have nights where I just don't sleep because of what I see or feel or hear. But in my dreams I feel a bit safer...they usually come with love. I've had my friends grandmother come to me in my dreams and many others. Sometimes there is a message, sometimes I think they are curious! Like.. hey! You can hear me?! Awesome!

Start a dream journal. Become in investigator and jot down all the details everytime you have these dreams. Maybe you can piece the puzzle together and find out what it wants, be it the little girl or something else.

-a side note....I once fell asleep in our guest room, about a month after my Daddy died. I had already been receiving sign from him, but my daughter was starting to actually see him in our home and in the back seat of our car sitting next to her. So I'm asleep and although I'm asleep, I hear shuffling on our carpet. ( my dad was notorious for not picking his feet up and shuffling about cause him to trip & fall many times). The shuffling stops next to me and I feel a pressure on my upper body, around my arms,and I realize I feel like I'm floating or weightless...pretty sure I'm still asleep so I make myself wakeup...I can hear my hubby in the kitchen with my little girl. No one else is in the room or anywhere near to make the shuffling footsteps. I know it was my dad hugging me. And even though I was asleep, I was very aware of what my body was feeling and hearing.-
