Just more and more about the Wiccan community and different beliefs from different people. I want to collect information about Wicca. I actually just purchased a pentacle necklace, so I would like to also get help with how to deal with people who will spread rumors or hate, or just how to deal with people who ask questions about the necklace. I also signed up so that I could ask for help from other Wiccans or "Seekers" in order to avoid bad situations or to learn more about Wicca. Thank you for the kind welcome!

Dealing with rumors and hate is going to be tough. Try to smile through it. Vent here when you need to. We've all been there. As far as questions, you can try to explain the meaning, or you can just talk about it being pretty and cool, and you just really like it. It gets easier as you get older, but developing an appropriately thick skin takes time.
