At the moment, I feel called to honour Brigid and Lugh at my altar. I was wondering if anyone would have an idea of a good way to represent them without wasting tons of money (I am nearly broke).
I have a statue of Athena (my eternal matron), but I want to see my personal patrons on my altar, too.

Come, heart, where hill is heaped upon hill:
For there the mystical brotherhood
Of sun and moon and hollow and wood
And river and stream work out their will.

You can consider drawing pictures of them (or asking an artistic friend to do so), or to find a tarot card or even just get a laser print out of a nice representation you find online. It doesn't need to be a sculpture and in fact - it can even be something inanimate, like a red candle for Brigit, and maybe something relevant to Lugh on there as well symbolically.

What are Lugh and Brigid the patron deities of? this could be the easiest way to represent them.
An example. Someone here pays homage to Papa Legba. A good, quick reprisentation would be dirt taken from an actual crossroad and blessed/purified.
I admit I am unfamiliar with Lugh and Brigid so I don't know what you'd use but the info shouldn't be topo hard to find.
Blessed endevors.

The greatest advice I was ever given: It matters not what you believe. Only that you believe it wholeheartedly.
Brigid is the Goddess of fire , fertility, the hearth ( donno what that is i am getting this out of my celtic magic book ) , all feminim arts and crafts, and martial arts. She is a Goddess in Ireland Wales Spain and France.Daughter of Dagda.
Lugh (loo or loog) Sun god, God of War, A hero God. Son of Cian and Ethniu. God in Ireland and Wales.
Hope that information helps.
The way i whould represent Brigid whould probly be go to walmart or somewhere and get one of the very large 3 wick candles in red and keep it lite and when its almost out if you still feel like you need to represent her get another one and uses the same flame to light it with. Do the same with Lugh but in yellow. That was the first thing that came to me. The candles arnt cheep though at the walmart here there about 15 dollers but should last a desent amount of time. Or you can just use a small taper candle. Maby carve there names into it?

Hearth means home. Literally the hearth around the fireplace. Try a simple red clay brick.

A small sword or dagger, maybe peice of armour?
Hope that information helps.
Blessed be your endevor

Milk is a good offering for her. Not sure where I have read that, it just stuck in my head. Honey or wine are good offerings, as are certain flowers.

Re: Representations?
Could you not do a search on the internet and find an images of them that you are drawn to. Print them off on your computor and put them into a spare frame if you have one.I was wondering if anyone would have an idea of a good way to represent them without wasting tons of money (I am nearly broke).
I have done the same thing myself.
