Miriri of sun

Hi, I was recently in an antique shop and saw a portrait of a beautiful woman. When I asked who it was he told me it was the Sun goddess Miriri.
Being a total fanatic on gods, goddesses (ect) and i had never heard of her. He said She was the mother of the world. The bring of life. Of the mongol religion. So I bought it and put it in the study. But to the point it enlightend me and I was wonder if anyone had ever actually heard about her?
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles; if you do not know your enemies but do know yourself, you will win one and lose one; if you do not know your enemies nor yourself, you will be imperiled in every single battle.

Sorry I've not, but then again I'm not very clued up on the names of gods/goddesses I only know a few. I'm sure someone here will know though.
