I'm in my mid-30's and have only recently stopped the futile resistance against my innate witchiness.
I'm a descendant of some hidden-in-plain-sight, broom-closeted, Bible thumping witches who didn't get to share their Wisdom and Secrets on to me before they left this realm. As far as I knew they were devout Christian women, though there had been rumors...

I'm always happy to find healthy communities of "wise ones."

I'm here to learn and immerse myself in witch culture. I don't get that kind of fellowship in real life.

I wish you all the luck, I am not a practicing witch though I always knew I was one from a young age! The funny thing is people who are descended from witches and witch doctors we are drawn to one another! I even found out recently I'm a part of a Witches prophesy! It's all interesting stuff, but I want to practice. The only problem I have, is the religious side of it all. I'm anti any Religion. I have a strong sixth sense though I cannot control it! I would like to know how to become more aware of my sixth sense on a conscious level and cast spells!

Many Witches including myself are not at all religious and do not consider our practice religious. My quest is to understand the Quantum physics behind magick and to evolve paranormal potentials. Witchcraft is a powerful tool to influence probabilities, to become a walker between worlds and to find enlightenment. Wicca on the other hand is more likely to incorporate group ritual religious homage to the ancient Greek, Roman and Egyptian pantheon of gods, goddesses and demigods. We are free to "Do as we will, and we harm none". An eclectic Witch may incorporate fragments of many paths in his/her practice.

I'm in the same boat as you, the religious side or it does not interest me accept to say the elements and Earth, fire, air, water and spirit! I'm personally interested in Numerology seems to be my gift as well as interest in Tarot, herbs and foods that heal, guardian spirits and sixth sense connections! I have a special sixth sense connection with my Twin flame, in fact her powers are beyond mine!
