Postby LadyGreyWolf » Wed Feb 14, 2007 8:51 pm

anyone going to watch this or have any feelings about it? I Am curious on how they will be portrayed. This will be in a series called MY UNIQUE FAMILY. SOme of the other families portrayed are
one was about ectodactylly (SP) lobster claw syndrome.. one was about a woman's husband who was turning himself into a woman.

Now that I know I'll Tivo it. Thanks for the info.

Hopefully, it's a serious show and they didn't find a family of freaks who claim to be pagan. I think the best portrayal of pagans on tv so far was the family on the wife swap tv show. The one with the crazy Christian woman. They came off as well adjusted people.

Let's wait and see what TLC does.

My DishNetwork guide said something along the lines of "A family starting a witches coven in a town that thinks witches are evil". So it should prove interesting. I'm gonna watch it anyway just outa pure curiousity.

I was very happy with the show. I think it portrayed Wicca in a very positive light. It was very well done! :)

You could see the hatred in the one Christian guys eyes when they interviewed him for the show.

I'm not sure. It was on the Learning Channel. I'll look to see if there is a link somewhere for the video when I get home from work today.

Here are some articles about it:
