Love spells

My question is this, has anybody ever cast a love spell and had it work? Also are there any love spells that you would recommend for me? I dont wish to attract a new person into my life, i simply wish to have someone i love back. I know this seems a selfish and unethical thing to do but it is not as simple as it seems. This person does still love me very much and is nowhere near over me (she has told me in person i am not just assuming this) and i feel the same way about her. I just need a spell or something to help us get back together again and/or remove the thing stopping us being together. Thanks

If you love her, and she loves you, then it doesn't seem to be a love spell that you need.

I'm not sure what all falls under the ethical guidelines in Wicca when it comes to how manipulative is manipulative, but something along the lines of working out the problems or roadblocks in your relationship would be in order.

Light blue (or some times orange) candles are used for this type of work. Or you could go with white as well, of course. If there is a specific problem, you might want to start during waning moon with black and white candles to deal with that matter directly. But as far as the "thing" that needs to be removed, are you sure it's something that can't be talked out?

I can't, personally, tell you a specific spell as I generally play it by ear.

Yea talking doesnt work, ive tried that already. Yea i could have put that better like you said its not so much a love spell, rather one that could remove any obsticles preventing us. But thanks anyway!

You could always try putting the matter on ice. Writing whatever the problem is on paper, folding it up and putting it in a small jar (like a baby food jar), and filling it with water or vinegar, and letting it freeze. Put it in a part of the freezer where it won't be bothered. There all sorts of adaptations to this of course. Some people use ice trays, some people tie the paper with black string etc. But personally, relationship problems... I like to deal with them in a more direct way, instead of having them hang out in the freezer.

Otherwise, generally I start with the color appropriate candle, focus my intent, and write out whatever the problem is and burning it during waning moon. If it's something I feel is major I might work on it more than once.

There is also the sugar jar, and I just read of this also being used with honey and sugar. But the version I've used was writing both of your full names on a popsicle stick (your's on one side, her's on the other). Fill it half full with sugar, and the other half with water. Shake it each day (9times) saying whatever statement of intent you have.

Or, there's the honey jar. And there are a lot of variations on those as well. Basically it's a jar full of honey or some sort of syrup in a jar, containing a piece of paper with the intent, and sometimes other items. Some versions say that you should write it on a piece of brown paper bag, others call for parchment paper. On top of the jar you burn a candle (color appropriate for the type of work) each day until whatever you wanted has come to pass.

And then there is another where you write the name of the person backwards, and put the name paper, picture of the person, and orange candle in front of a mirror.

I'm not sure how much help this will be for you, as I find that things always work best if you take the basics and follow your instincts to personalize your work.

Yes, I have had success with these, but the ones that worked best were usually things I did on my own... whether a personal adaptation of a spell or just building something based on what I know and felt.

I'm not sure what your experience level is, so I just want to tell you to be careful when you're casting. How and if it works has more to do with you than it does the items you use. It has more to do with your personal energy, your intent, your frame of mind, and the situation at hand than whether or not you use a pink or white candle.

I've done a call me spell in the wrong state of mind before, and even though I've had so much other successful with more complicated work... lol... that just wouldn't happen for me. I've had personal spells work the same day, and I've had some that I've seen online and tried which seemed to work a few months later... by the time I had forgotten about them. (LOL... I don't keep records or anything.)

lol well i wouldnt expect you would keep a record, i know i wouldnt. Im a complete novice to all of this (with the exception of crystals) but im hoping to get my experience up because its quite a relaxing experience. Thanks for all of the help

I found a spell you could alter to make it your own 'love' spell.


Love Path

I would prefer using a white candle for this spell but then again that's just me. I feel that the white candle could represent the purity of the path. You can dress the candle if you like or put scents within the candle holder to infuse the candle to conceal its purpose. example: Jasmine, lavender, lotus, etc.

If you do not want to do any of this:

Take candle which is already placed within the candle holder, visualize love finding its way to you. After this:

Take the candle holder and if you have a balcony which is preferably best or place the candle at the closest entrance of your home. And say:

With this candle let its light shine the path of love to me.

You could let it burn out if you like. Or set the candle to burn for the week.

I'm not sure if it works. It's more of a symbolic thing but those always seem to come through for me.

I did a few love spells, but those were rather controlling and even though they worked, this isn't the case. But generally you have to gather the feeling you feel. Cast a revenge spell=anger, love spell=care/love/lust for the person etc.

Well a very good majority of my spells work very well. But love spells? I've just never manage to pull one off. A part from this one, which I DON'T reccomend but it works. It depends how desperate you are. This is dark stuff.

Light 3 red candles and meditate over your love for at least 5mins

Chant the following three times:

(Full name), you shall think of me day and night.
As I do, you shall suffer the same tourment.
You shall long to kiss my lips,
You shall beg to touch my body,
Your one wish will be to win my love.
May this hex last, this spell is cast.
So mote it be.

WARNING: Whatever suffering the person you've hexed goes through, you will feel it too. Kind of an empathic link that the spell creates. Only you will feel it 3 times worse. I had to reverse it, because it is serious agony! But, if you're desperate enough...

Im sorry but its never a good idea to cast a love spell!!

Not only are you affecting that persons free will...she may still love you but there may have been other things that she just didnt like in that relationship.

Also, love is a natural thing. It occurs over time and whatever happens, happens. Instead of feeling low that it ended, feel happy that it happened. Any love that is conjured is not actually love its more lust.

Let things take its course naturally...

Thats my advice....but its up to you. If youre prepared to take the consequences then do as you wish.

Sorry 'wiccachicken' cause this is pretty much going against everything you just said. But does anyone know any particular Gods or Goddesses I should be invoking when I cast a love spell?

Indeed it does. If I was in your situation I would probably ask Venus or Isis?
Maybe you just want to cast a spell to attract love to you....maybe not a specific person....you never know....?
