Yup, Sobek is right; it's a spell that increases pleasure gained from sexual activities. There are a lot of spells and rituals that have to do with sex. Here is a good spell I got from "White Spells" by Ileana Abrev.

Passionate Evening Spell

One by one, place the petals of three red roses into a bath with three drops of basil essential oil to enhance a night of passion and love.
