Well lately i'v noticed that i'm always feeling how other people are feeling just by being near them and i'v been having dreams of different things with no concept of time but eventually happen exatly how it was in the dream.
Good advice so far. You sound a lot like me akasha - empathic and precognitive. Is this something you've just been made aware of?
I've lived with mine for years and the best bit of advice I can give you is to shield yourself
EVERY day. I'm presuming you don't know how to sheild, forgive for typing this if you do but it's a good practice for everyone to do who is affected by empathy.
Now there are a few different techniques for sheilding and I'm sure many people here will have their own ways of doing it, which ever works best for you is the way to go.
The one I use involves me visualizing a sphere of white light surrounding me - with me at the centre.
Ground and center yourself with your eyes closed and breathe deeply for a few minutes. Visualise your body and hold this image until it becomes stable. Now see your skin begin to glow with white light. See the white light radiating from yourself and reaching out to however much space you want to visualise. You are at the core of this white light, safe and calm and protected.
Hold this image firmly in your mind for several minutes before opening your eyes.
It will take a bit of practice but
PLEASE keep at it, I promise it will get easier and easier and you'll be able to do it anywhere at anytime even with your eyes open.
The precognition is something I really don't know how to advise you on.
I just got used to it and stopped being surprised by it and it really doesn't bother me now.
