Do you know what I would prefer to be discussing (rather than the drama of who is leaving and why)? I would rather talk about healing, lucid dreaming, meditation, ecstatic experiences, getting in touch with God/Goddess/Higher Self, and energy work. Those topics are so interesting to me that I can't believe I just spent 2 days defending myself against accusations from someone who I didn't even know. I really need to get a life. Thankfully, I'm back on track now...

Interesting to see science finally being able to examine things that can't quite be explained by science at times. I'll have to look up more on these relaxation techniques.. I might not be able to warm towels, but everyone likes a little stress relief

Thank you so much, Daniel! That was a HUGE help to me! All I needed to do was add those to my acceptable html codes. It is something that just never occured to me. This is why I like to associate with smarties like you. You make my life so much easier and more pleasant.

I have found that the Chi-Spinner was much easier to turn when Ron and I worked at it together. Ron (alone) was able to move it a good deal faster than I did it alone. He learned Judo (martial arts) as a child, and has had some powerful experiences with energy moving through his body and hands, so he is more advanced than I am in that.
I think the Chi-Spinner is worth a try for anyone interested in energy work. It's fun to see what happens, though I think most people will bore of it rather quickly like we did. But it will be interesting to see how my RPM levels change over time. The Chi-Spinner is only $10 if you want one. You can also make it yourself. There is a YouTube video that shows you how.
