Yes... well it was rather frightening. Coming home from visiting my grandfather, I was pulling up to a stop sign, when my brakes decided they didn't want to work anymore. So, putting a slightly longer story short, I put the brake pedal all the way down, and it didn't stop. We ended up in a 4 car collision. Thankfully nobody was hurt, and only one car had any serious damage (the first car hit), but everyone was ok, and everyone drove away from it. (except me of course, because I won't drive a car with broken brakes).
It wasn't as bad as another one where I was a passenger... but it was still freakish... especially being the driver, and unable to make your vehicle stop.
But other than that, my day was splendid.

Aw Azure, I'm sorry to hear you had a car accident- that stinks! (Especially when it's the result of marshmallow brakes--as if an accident isn't scary enough!)
I've been in plenty... never any while in the driver's seat (*knocking on wood*) ...but for some reason my parents don't believe in applying the brake until they're 6 inches or less from the limit line. Ak! So yes, lots of accidents while passenger-ing. I'll never forget the one where I would have lost the use of my legs, had it of been a normal day. Wow, I'm glad it wasn't a normal day.
...That's why they call them 'accidents' ...no one means for it to happen, it's an accident.
(I'm in the business, so if you have any technical questions about claims, feel free to PM me.)
Bright blessings!
