G'day To All. I have problems of trying to SleepAndMeditate.

I have problems of sleeping and meditating. The problem is that there are demons or demon types that "annoy me" of when ever I try to mediate and/or sleep. I haven't had a proper good night sleep in years...and years. I really do want to mediate. I would love to mediate. Because of the problem I can not.
