Can't Sleep I have an Exam after spring break

Lately I've been having problems falling asleep and when I do sleep I wake up with a sore throat and a headache. I feel so sluggish and week because of it. My mom whom homeschools me is giving me a world history exam after spring break and I need to figure out whats causing this problem by then.

Try a humidifer for the sorethroat and melatonin vitamins for the sleep problems

When I have trouble sleeping I just go about what I would do when I am trying to astral project, but let my self fall asleep during the process. Binualar beats help too
