Fire, And Death dream

A little while ago I had a dream and one of my closest childhood friends who I am no longer close with had died in a house fire.

I haven't had a dream since, and it's been about a year.
They have all been nightmares.

I am starting to think of the person dying in a fire symbolizing our friendship and how it has burned to ash.

I in no way see this dream as violent.

Okay, I have completely solved this myself.

I am telling myself via dreams that our friendship is falling apart.
(Which is symbolized by the fire.)
And that the nightmares will stop once our friendship is healed.

I hope this is correct and not any more serious.

Well it always seemed to me that the best person to interpret your dreams is you. Seems like that is the case this time.

If that is what you feel the dream meant then you are most likely correct.
