I've never seen here, but I can't stand John Edwards and I think the man is bogus. Just my opinion.

I have a spell I use for car trouble. I use it for myself (old car) and cars I see off to the side of the road. I figure since it's a 'good' spell, even if it's for someone elses car, it can't hurt. It's been quite helpful on a number of occasions.

Sunny has come home. He showed up at our door this afternoon. I've been meditating each night out towards him and hopefully that helped him find his way home. Anyway, whether or not I did it right, he is here. THanks for all the energy and suggestions.

I've posted this under tragedies as well, but we've lost our tiny chihuahua Sunny. I'm extremely attached to him, amazlingly so. I was getting ready to do some meditations with him and see if he was my familiar and now he is gone. I have done everything physical I can think of to find him, am gettin...

I have been in therapy for 2 years this time for the bipolar and have not heard of DBT....at least, never the initials...what is it and where can I get some. I'm beginning to think I should change drs. But I've been thinking that for 2 years.

I listen to whatever is on the radio, except turned very low. If I listen to silence or white noise I end up going to sleep (lol)... I really like listening to nature sounds or whale song.
